The room included a balcony (a great addition for fresh air). The location was convenient, close to public transport. Free coffee, tea, and biscuits were available in the reception area. I appreciated this small touch.

The provided coffee, bread, and fruits were a welcome addition during breakfast hours. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The location proved very convenient for accessing different parts of the city.

The reception person was friendly , and they were helpful with directions. Staff ensured that my luggage could be securely stored after checkout , a great convenience. Daily servicing of the room ensured a tidy and comfortable stay.

central gem with superb staff
light room friendly staff
the location was excellent. i appreciated the clean and light room provided ! staff members were friendly and also allowed me to store my luggage after checkout, which helped a lot.
The fan in my room was not functional. i reported this at the reception. They switched on the air conditioning. however, the air conditioning was also not working.

fantastic stay
helpful staff handy location free coffee
the staff was so helpful and friendly. i loved that the location allowed easy access to plazas and bars, this was super handy! free coffee and tea at reception was a nice touch, it was available all the time.
